Carter Farms is a small but expanding farming operation based in Norfolk, linked to a highly regarded ecological consultancy.
The farm was established to grow specialist vegetables, with particular focus on innovation and the development of new growing methods and unusual crops.
We are currently producing high quality green and purple asparagus, rhubarb, gooseberries and several varieties of pumpkin and squash, with other crops being trialled.
One of our leading customers is Windsor Farm Shop, Berkshire. We also supply various East Anglian farm shops, restaurants and other retail outlets.
We offer a rapid and flexible delivery service so that whenever possible we can respond to changing retail and seasonal demand.
